About Me
Growing up I split my time between Santa Barbara and Ontario Canada. I enjoyed different perspectives and ways of living. I have worked many jobs, followed many passions and pursued opportunities to travel the world.
I received a BS in Recreation Management from SJSU. After working as an Activities Director for an Alzheimer's and Dementia Care Community and witnessing the depth of grief, I became curious about the human experience. I left the country in search of meaning and purpose.
This eventually led me to pursue my Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. During Graduate School I received my clinical training at the Community Counseling and Education Center. Following graduation I worked at California Counseling Clinics and now I have the honor of working in Private Practice under Aeron Hart LMFT. In my training I have been working with adults and couples as they explore how their thoughts and emotions are held in the body and impact their lives.
